Coffee Hut / Café

• At our property we have our coffee hut for guest dining. Coffee hut has the mesmerizing view of the near-by water rapid and the tea plantation across the river.

Timings:

• Breakfast – 8.00 AM – 10.00 AM
• Lunch – 12.30 PM – 2.30 PM
• Dinner – 8.00 PM – 10.00 PM (Last order 9.30 PM)
• Pool – 10.30 AM – 6. 00 PM (Served at ‘Jupiter’ our poolside seating)

We can also make arrangement for traditional Kerala dishes like “Shaap” Food, Special seafood items, Malabar Food. Please reach out to caretaker for additional details.

We can also arrange for Gala Buffet dinner if required. Minimum guest size of 10 guests is required for the same.

Swimming Pool

• Our swimming pool offers a tranquil escape with a picturesque coffee plantation ambiance, making it the perfect oasis to unwind and enjoy nature’s beauty.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our pool rules.

• The pool is open from 7.00 AM to 8.00 PM;
• All guests must take a shower before entering the pool area and Proper swim attire is mandatory
• As there are two villas on our property, please be aware that the swimming pool is shared between them. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone’s preferences, our caretaker has established a system where guests can reserve individual pool slots, each lasting 1.5 hours, if they desire exclusive access.
• Food or beverages are not allowed in the pool for guest safety. We serve food at ‘Jupiter’ our poolside dining area
• In case of an emergency, please notify the caretaker immediately. First Aid kit is available with the caretaker.

Campfire and Barbeque

• We have a campfire and barbecue grill facility at chargeable basis. Our caretake will assist in setting up the campfire, providing all the required items. We also have music system available for your use during the campfire
• For Barbeque grill, we provide the marinated chicken, grill with coal and plates for grilling. Please place the request with the caretaker for barbeque at least 4-6 hours in advance for us to do the preparation
• Campfire charges is priced at Rs 600. Marinated full chicken & Barbeque is priced at Rs.800/-

Indoor Games

• We have a small indoor games area which has games like Carroms, Chess, Darts, Cards and few more
• There is also badminton rackets and pool balls for outdoor usage
• Yoga mats are also available with the caretaker for morning exercises.

Coffee Store

• In our plantation we grow Coffee beans, Black pepper, Arecanut, Ginger, Cardamom and Turmeric which we majorly use for our own consumption.
• In case you are interested, we have packaged them for your purchase available at our coffee hut. These are 100% grown at our property, organic and without any additives.

Jupiter

• This is our poolside dining space where guests can enjoy food and beverages while spending time at the pool.
• This is also a space for private dinner or evening get-together and has a refreshing atmosphere being open air and close to the pool and coffee plantation.
