We have two independent villas on our property that can be booked individually or combined based on the number of guests.
• 3 Bedroom Coffee Plantation Villa
• 2 Bedroom Chalet Villa
The two storied modern villa, set amidst a sprawling coffee plantation, has 3 fully furnished bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms and Balcony and can accommodate 6 guests.
• Bedrooms – All the bedrooms are furnished with queen sized 12-inch hotel mattresses and cushion pillow and have ambient lighting. Each of the room has attached washrooms with continuous running hot water. Of course, the highlight is our glass room bedroom that provides a 180-degree view of the coffee plantation.
• Living area – This is our common space for your group/family to hangout which is furnished with seating couch, LED television with a firestick and board games
• Kitchen – Our kitchen is small but has all essential supplies, cutlery, stove and refrigerator
• Sit out & Balcony – Our villa has two sit-out/balcony spaces. In the ground floor we have a sit-out space that open to our courtyard and On the first floor connected to one of the bedrooms is the balcony space with swing chair
• Open courtyard – A large courtyard in front of our villa where the guests can enjoy a game of badminton, relax around a campfire or prepare a barbeque grill.
Amenities
Our 2-bedroom chalet villa offers you a splendid view of the lush greenery and coffee plantation. Villa is two stories with one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor and can accommodate 4 guests. Both the rooms are furnished with all the modern amenities including television, ambient lighting, coffee maker, running hot water and ensuite bathrooms. The first-floor bedroom has a balcony with outdoor seating, where guests can spend quality time absorbing the serene nature.
• Bedrooms – Bedrooms are furnished with queen sized 12-inch hotel mattresses and cushion pillow and have ambient lighting. Rooms have attached washrooms with continuous running hot water. The first-floor bedroom has large glass windows providing a mesmerizing view of the coffee plantation.
• Sit out & Balcony – Bedrooms has sit-out/balcony spaces. In the ground floor we have a closed sit-out space while the first-floor bedroom has a large balcony with outdoor seating
• Open courtyard – A large courtyard in front of our villa where the guests can enjoy a game of badminton, relax around a campfire or prepare a barbeque grill.
Amenities
We also have an open courtyard in front of our villa where the guests can enjoy a game of badminton (during the day) and relax around a campfire (at night) while listening to soothing melodies and preparing a barbeque grill of your choice (on request). You could also take a refreshing dip at the nearby river, take a guided plantation trek, or enjoy a relaxing day with your favorite book from among the umpteen picturesque locations at our villa.

Timing
- Check In at 2.00 PM, Keys are with the property care taker
- Please inform our caretaker about your arrival time. He will guide you with the property location.
- Care taker will reach out to you few hours before Check in time.
- Feel free to reach out to caretaker/ Host for any requests. Happy to support you to the best of our ability.

Parking
- We have two parking areas within the property that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles
- Main Entrance parking – Located at the West side of the property (Near the Pool) can accommodate 2 vehicles
- Back Entrance parking – Located at the East side of the drive way (can fit 2 vehicles)
- We have two Villas in the property, so if you have only booked one of them please be considerate of other guests’ vehicle access during parking
